What if you could create impactful change?

You can.

Perspectives are powerful.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are words that have been thrusted front and center, without the understanding of what they actually mean and why they're important. Personally, I do better EDI work when I focus first on equity, as it tends to be the most aspirational and foundational value. Equity efforts inevitably increases diversity and diversity helps improve inclusivity.

We often have questions, yet are too uncomfortable to ask. That’s where I come in...to provide a space free of shame, guilt, and judgement as you explore how to be part of the solution.

I specialize in providing training, facilitation, coaching, and strategic guidance to entities who aim to create a more equitable, diverse and inclusive organizational culture, and those who hope to strengthen overall cultural competency. With perhaps one of the most unique perspectives and immersive experiences with various races, I'm able to lend insight unlike anyone else and become a guide.

I’ve learned that an adaptive approach is most impactful. As such, I strive to: build a relationship with each client, understand the mission and culture, identify unique needs, and tailor my offerings to best ensure the long-lasting results. This critical work must be done in safe spaces, which is why I curate shame, guilt and judgement-free zones. Most importantly, I believe that we are all part of the solution and that together, we can create impactful change.

The work we do with Elizabeth is critical and transforms each of us, our organizational culture, and thought processes for the better.

In this historic moment of dialogue on racism and systemic injustice, it is vital to develop a compassionate culture for such dialogue to be fruitful. Elizabeth Hunterton brings that quality to the table, with her own experiential wisdom.
Elizabeth is a change agent for good.
